These IFC Fraternities

Can someone compare their pros and cons aside from all of them having a good brotherhood:
SAMMY, Zeta Psi, Phi Psi, SAE

Sammy pros: house is in great location, improving relations, working hard on their rep
Sammy cons: nerdy reputation in the past
Zeta Psi: one of the nicest and largest houses on campus and decent relations
Zeta Psi cons: there's not a lot of brothers and they just recently got back on campus
Phi Psi pros: good relations, brothers are pretty chill
Phi Psi cons: haven't really been working on their relations anymore
SAE pros: fun dages, decent brotherhood size (40-50 brothers?)
SAE cons: hardcore greekrank self rankers

I keep seeing SAMMY working hard on their relations...with who? Maybe SK. No decent sorority wants to mix or be associated with them. If anything they’re being used for their prime tabling location by the yard.

Phi psi doesn’t have good relations, zeta psi has trouble with keeping pledges even ghosts, sammy isn’t good yet and it will take them time to get better, at least a year.
