TDX is getting evicted

With TDX getting evicted for not paying rent, does that mean they won’t have their lettered house next semester? Do they still have it until the summer? Does anyone have more details on this? They gotta be real idiots for losing a house that way.

I’m not in a frat, tryna join in the spring. Imo Pi Kapp > D Phi. Fyi this ain’t no self rank, I actually am not involved in Greek life atm. Pi Kapp has great diversity from what I’ve heard, and a better brotherhood, more class, and more friendly/caring brothers. They’re less rude. Ask anyone- this is true
