They all have good brotherhood, you just have to see where you fit in. As for relations, while Alpha Sig lost some of its relations last sem and Pkt was stagnant, Sammy and Sae got better in that regard. So Phi Psi’s relations are weaker than some of those, but not all.

Out of those four, probably Sae, but none of those four frats have relations comparable to that of like Theta Chi or Chi Phi.

Hey I think it is unfair for anyone to grade brotherhood, if it wasn't great they wouldn't have brothers. That being said, all of those you have listed to my knowledge have very solid brotherhood, it is on you as a Rushee to go out and check out who you vibe with the most. In terms of relations here is how I see them:
- ASig = solid lower mid-tier, but their ties have declining
-PKT = very similarly to Asig, their ties r declining
-SAE = I believe they lost their house, or moved...but their relations have actually been growing
-SAMMY = They're relations have been growinh significantly as well and been throwing more often
Again, this all my opinion, but honestly rush all around and find the one you vibe with the best. Relations, that's something you and your PC can improve. In terms of Phi Psi, there relations have been deteriorating quite significantly but they r still a solid mid-tier. However, I believe SAE and SAMMY r growing quite significantly and might move up (ranking wise) real soon. Just my two cents.

To my knowledge they have building their relations with mids and uppermids. The other comments about AXO and SDT sounds accurate. All I know is a lot of work is being put in.
To one of the other comments about SAE and Sammy its a given that both have solid ties with lower tiers, but im told the two have have been putting in work behind the scenes, espically with the upper-mids.

@this guy- who said that? i heard from some mid tier sisters I know and my bros told me the whole sae self ranks issue killed the vibe for some of them

I know that on GreekRank some frats have self ranking issues, notably SAE and a few others. Ignoring that and the fact that they might have lost their house (not sure) to my knowledge they throw really solid dages and their relations as a whole have been improving - with mid-tier sororities.
Between all the 4 mentioned in this thread, I would say SAMMY is honestly making the biggest strides to improve their mixers and have been successfully doing so.
