Phi Psi is more relevant, but while Zeta Psi “mixes” more, they only get used for their house. Phi Psi has super weak relations. Zeta Psi is about a third in size, with less brothers than Fiji or DChi, but their brotherhood is decent. Phi Psi’s brotherhood is good too. Both have dages and parties and they’re both decent.
