Descriptions of bottom tier frats

ZBT has some laid back guys, their parties aren’t great but they’re not bad either. They have more than 40 guys which is ok too. Slowly on the rise with improving relations.

Fiji has 35 guys and has a good new house (unlettered). Their parties are just mediocre, but their relations have been improving. They don’t throw any dages, and they need to work on recruitment more. Better rep than before, on the come up.

Du is dropping slowly and there’s nothing to say here besides mostly bad over all. The only good thing is their lettered house which is dirty.

Delta chi is also stagnant at the bottom with no growth at all. Everything is the same as years ago with only some improvement in parties. Weak relations.

Akl is smaller in size but still active. The brothers show no motivation whatsoever. They don’t recruit well enough. Their relations are not terrible. No rep.

Adphi has nice guys but they’re really small. Relations are minimal but not nonexistent. No growth in the recent past and they need to work to improve. Academically they are great.

Phi sig might get a house apparently, but that’s all they have going for them. The kids are nice but they are awkward and nerdy.

Tep is basically the same, but very high energy and little less nerdy.

Apd is probably the worst ifc chapter. No recruitment growth, no relations, bad parties and is super small. Their nationals are really small too.\n\n\n\n\n
