Pi kapp inquiries

I’ve been thinking about rushing pi kapp. From what I understand pi kapp is borderline top tier? I hear a lot that they’re mid but I also hear a lot that they’re top tier now. What sets them apart from the other top 10 frats? What type of guys are they? And what type of girls do they attract?

They’re generally nice, but they’re about wild sometimes and are kinda stoners. Their relations are still strong, but they’ve declined just a bit. They’re not top tier, but still go ahead and rush them.

They're pretty diverse fraternity. Fun group of guys. Mostly stoners, and mostly liberal (Not necessarily a bad thing), but people from all different backgrounds. They attract a diverse crowd as well. I kind of dig it to be quite honest with you, but rush and see what you think
