Tdx is falling off. Delta phi is getting their house in the next year or two

they lose the house after this year, it was a one year lease.

probably not worth rushing if you’re looking to join a top tier frat. house doesn’t mean much most wouldn’t have considered them top even before they got that house.

Idk about u guys but since they been kicked off they been kinda irrelevant... once they lose their house they will be on the same level as pi krap or maybe even lower
