Rutgers has great academics, Greek life here is acceptable but nothing compared to SEC schools.

UDel has great nightlife, hotter girls but the academics are just fine.

Penn State is meh.

Rutgers is the best option of the 3. Udel is fun but academically not as good. Penn State is a cult.

If you’re primarily focused on getting quality tail then udel is the best, academics I’d say ru but penn state network is really really good, for quality of greek life either penn state or udel. I personally don’t like penn state though since it’s in the middle of nowhere
