Can someone give me a rundown on these frats?
by: pleaseOn DU, Chi Phi, Theta Chi and FIJI? I know the last one is low tier, but can someone give me a rundown of the rest?

Theta Chi has good alum connections, is the largest brotherhood at Rutgers, and has great sorority relations. Their process is the easiest out of the top five. However, it’s really hard to get in unless you know people in there.
Chi Phi has good alum networking too and they own the house. But they are in a lot of trouble and many allegations have tarnished their reputation.
I don’t know about the other two, somebody else can fill in for those.

True, DU has been super stagnant the past few years. Their relations have decreased too.
