Which of these Frats are worth rushing next semester/are recruiting if we’re in person or not (even if you’re a junior)?
Theta Chi
Phi Psi
Delta Phi
Chi Psi
Pi Kapp

all of them are worth rushing
theta chi, dphi, chi psi alum own houses- best alum relations for you when you graduate.
for theta chi you’d probably need to know someone as a junior. chi psi/dphi are on the slow rise. tho dphi won’t get their lettered house till after you graduate.

It’s hard to get a bid from Theta Chi, but it’s about the same level of difficulty to get a bid from the rest, which means not that hard.

phi psi probably easiest to get the bid but theyre going down and dont own a house for alum to return to. pikapp is also fairly decent to get in but their process is not worth it as a senior. dphi was easy but now theyre being more selective after getting a load of new kids. Chi Psi is more classy/mature imo, owns a house you can return to, good alums, best fit for you. Tho mind you they are also selective.

And which of these are easy and hard to get a bid from as a junior next semester (if you don’t know any brothers in any of these Frats prior)
