It’s a cycle, frats go up and down. Yes, a lot of the frats that are coming up slowly are lower tier, but DPhi and Chi Psi are not low tier and they are also going up. If anything realistic is a self-rank to you, then maybe you’re in a bottom tier frat. And last I checked, the only “bottom of the barrel” frats were those 20 brother strong chapters like APD or whatever they’re called.

nah idt thats what he meant, he said frats besides "sigma pi and arguably TKE are at least mid-tier", which means he thinks the frats other than sigma pi and TKE are mid tier up

They’re not weird, they’re just more formal than the others. A few of them are a bit snobby sometimes but otherwise they’re personable.
