Frats at Rutgers New Brunswick

Why can’t Frats still do recruiting rn? Like have virtual sessions still and hand out bids throughout the semester? Heard sororities are still doing it virtually like AXO and AGD etc

I’m not sure why they aren’t actually. Some frats are actually still planning on recruiting more, but we don’t really know how. This includes bigger and smaller ones.

A friend of mine in another college who’s in a frat is doing virtual zoom throughout the semester to recruit. And is using breakout rooms to get to know each person individually/small groups at a time. This way you can get to know people better and ask them questions etc

Yeah that’s a good idea, I don’t think it was done too effectively by a lot of fraternities this semester. It would be better if they did that throughout the semester.
