OFSA & RU Frats

Hey I’m a sophomore and interested in Greek life at RU. Just a question- If you fill out an OFSA form before and after getting a bid, does Rutgers know about it as well as other fraternities ? Or only RU in general?

Both know about it, it’s to ensure registration.

The OFSA requires you give up your First Amendment rights in order for you to rush a fraternity or sorority. The right to privacy and association are not important to the Peoples Republic of OFSA. What other groups are prevented to recruit first semester freshman?

I think what the person meant to ask was:
When you fill out the OFSA form, do other Frats get notified of this along with that one you got a bid for ?
