Heard Pi Kappa Phi and Phi Kappa Psi are on the way down? This true ?

So, yes and no. They are not what they used to be. Pikapp lost their house and it’s way more disorganized nowadays, but their parties and ties are still decent. Phi Psi’s ties a bit lesser now, but it’s still solid. Both fraternities are still worth rushing.
