u cannot take a fall pc if your chapter has reached quota, so actually yes it has everything to do with quota

You’re right. by the tone of the OP it was like they were surprised they were taking a fall pc as in they didn’t meet quota in the spring so that’s what I meant by that but it’s bc people dropped

not surprised since many girls in their 2020 pledge class (&others) had dropped they needed to reach quota
