Compare Frats at RUUUU

It’ll be divided by tier.
Top tier:
Chi Phi- No longer on probation, but their ties are still weakening and their image’s gone bad. They own the house though. Tons of brothers, so naturally a bunch of them are weird.
Middle tier:
Zeta Psi- Great house, there are less brothers, but they are all ok. Their ties are improving and they might be on the way up.
DKE- Unrecognized, only freshmen go to their parties. Their ties are weak because of that, and the brothers are really, really weird.
Lower middle tier:
Alphasig: They have a lettered housed, and like 60 brothers. They’re ok, but a bit douchey sometimes. Relations are not being maintained, and the house is underutilized.
Phi Tau: Nearly the same as above, but with slightly less brothers, though their relations are a bit better. Their dages are just, meh.

Chi Phi is past its prime and currently living off its past history. Too many brothers are there solely to party. They are on the way down and will probably bottom out in about 2-3 years before rebounding. There house is good, but is showing wear and tear.

chi phi hardly had a prime lol they went from middle tier when they were the old sig ep to being KIND OF top tier for like two years and are now falling off

chi phi isn’t really top tier. more like upper middle. theta chi and pike are the top tier.
