those numbers only include students living in campus housing and faculty don’t be dumb

1)it does not. Any Rutgers student can be tested at student health- don’t be dumb. If an off campus student wants tested, they go to student health!!!

2) Even if they didn’t go to student health, there is no outbreak!! The positivity rate and numbers are not showing there is for the numbers in New Brunswick and surrounding areas!!!

I just confirmed that off campus students go to student health to be tested. What’s your issue. If you are afraid to return in person, take time off.

They aren’t just saying there is no outbreak though. I just got the same email from Rutgers with those numbers. There literally is no outbreak per our school.
