Zeta Psi really?

Why is everyone saying that Zeta Psi has the potential to move up???? I get that they have the nicest house on campus but their brothers still aren’t the best

Nothing really, just the house. The brothers are meh.

Ur right their brothers aren't the best. But that's kinda what potential is - ability to show improvement. They just came back last year and got lots more to go. Also the more a lower org mixes with upper orgs the more potential imo. That being said plenty of other orgs have potential not just zeta psi.
