What is Phi Tau?
by: QsI’ve seen it be bashed a lot, and everyone says it’s lower mid tier, but the way they pose it, they make it seem like they’re on par with DPhi. What’s the truth?

PKT has a decent house on hamilton near the yard. they've been around for a minute and are consistently ranked low. I've went to their parties and they're super friendly/chill. Unfortunately the vibes were off and they never mix with any upper orgs.
Dphi merged with a top tier frat over 2 years back. They've been killing it with dages/nages which got them solid relations. They're definitely above PKT

Adding to that, Phi tau has been pretty stagnant. Yea they have a lettered house but don’t have any decent relationships with other high tier orgs.
DPhi has better orginzation relations than PKT. They also own the Johnson Mansion that TDX currently has this year but only time will tell if they get it next year.
