Fall Status - Who will be open?

What sorority and fraternity groups are planning to be open this fall? Any group planning on going inactive for the semester? Who is giving up their house because not enough members will be on campus?

The smaller fraternities, DG and SK will have no option but to try to recruit, they have a chance of dying out if they don’t. The other ones will either move it online or just do it privately. We don’t know the specifics yet. As for houses, Phi Mu will be getting Pikapp’s old house, and that’s all we know.

Pi Kapp only had a one year lease on that house, Phi Mu has it for this year and next. I think TDX is taking the Phi Mu house for 2 years but Delta Phi owns that house. Wouldn’t be surprised if Sammy and maybe a few others lose their house or have to shut their chapter

Tdx has a definite one year lease Idt they have it for two whole years, probably similar situation to pikapp. They had sk old house until a srat took it, if axo can fill 21 union mark my words they’ll have it by next year. Really hope they don’t though. Frats need the houses

We’re all closed. No one is holding any events and greek life is being close for the entire semester.

Chapters with lettered houses probably won’t be allowed to use them by their nationals or alum. Chapters without them are smaller and lower tier, so everyone is fu.cked.

Pike, pikapp, theta chi, chi phi, all have off campus satellites. Trust me ppl are gonna be partying in lettered houses or satellites, just a lot smaller and probably never any open parties.

Lettered houses definitely won’t be used. It’s way too risky to do anything even near the campus, the ofsa will be all over our asses. A lot of the smaller chapters and multiculturals are doing secret in person recruitment. That’s a stupid move and they’re gonna get caught.
