Upper Mid: Pikapp, DKE, TDX, TKE and Chi Psi.
True Middle: Delta Phi, Phi Psi, Phi Tau, Zeta Psi, AEPi and AlphaSig.
Bottom Mid: SAE, DU, ZBT, AKL, PhiSig, FIJI and Sigma Pi.
Bottom: Sammy, Delta Chi, APD, and ADPhi, Pilam, and PMD.

Hate to say it but if you even know like half of the frats on that list, you aren’t top tier Lmaoo, real rankings right here of frats that actually like matter
Top
Tdx
Theta chi
Lower top but relevant
Pike - tdx and theta chi both have beef they’re on decline not true top tier
Upper mid (pretty interchangeable)
Pikapp
Chi phi
Lower mid
Chi psi - relevant house and phi sig connects
Dphi
Bottom tier (used for houses but good kids)
DKE
Zeta psi

They are bottom tier but are still relevant and a big part of Greek life. Those frats are imo the ones that actually have sorority relations, play a role in Greek life other than parties, and are generally known in Greek life at Rutgers

I kinda agree with this. Theta Chi is def over TDX and Chi Phi over PiKapp. DKE got in too much trouble and their relations suffered and as a result of being disaffiliated they have to take less than ideal kids sometimes I think. I would probably throw Phi Psi up there somewhere. Fraternities without houses are def higher than DKE and Zete but the house will always put them up high. PiKapp doesn't have a lettered house anymore so they're below Chi Psi.

If you actually read the list, that’s Chi Psi. This is a ranking of mid tiers, not everything.
