heard it’s up for grabs and the landlord is talking to other orgs to try and fill it. so it’s possible it could be axo (or any other org looking to get a house) that ends up in there

AXO could take Phi Mu’s house (TDX’s new house) if they wanted to because the landlord doesnt want a frat there. Ngl AXO is easily above Phi Mu in rankings since they are doing well without a house right now imagine them getting a house
