phi mu lost their house

so apparently phi mu is losing their house and tdx is taking over for fall 2020...i heard theyre still looking for a house but have no luck. is there any way they can get it back or is it done? having a house is so important mid tier and up. would delta gamma take their place in ranks?

To all the gdis out there not knowing if this is true or not... Phi mu house can’t be turned over to a frat because of lettered fraternity house requirements (building codes, etc). Just another attempt by a frat to look good on here

1) They would (theoretically) get it a year from now. Rutgers tells presidents of each Greek life organization a lettered house is up for grabs.
2) Not only will rent go up from what it currently is, it costs even more to transform a house from a sorority house to a frat house.
3) How many brothers does TDX have? They are kicked off campus right now and have a bad rep.
4) Delta Phi nationals owns that house. They are also suspended for now, but their nationals aren’t just going to give the house to a frat also coming back fall 2020

Lmfaooo phi mu literally lost the house i dont understand why people don’t think its true. Multiple tdx members posted pics that the house is theirs on social media a few days ago. Phi mu was never able to fill their house. Whether tdx bros are able to fill it or avoid getting kicked off campus is another story. But the house is tdx’s by fall 2020
