Now to sororities:
Top Tier:
Top Sorority is hands down Gamma Phi. After their recruitment this semester, every single sorority knows they are number one because they got every sororities top girls. They got that sloppy/easy reputation mostly from the girs who graduated. But we need to remember that they were on probation a few years back and were rebuilding. Rebuilding usually means that you are going to get some "not-so-top-quality-girls," but they were able to recover quite quickly and rise back up to the top where they belonged.

Unfortunately recruitment wise, up in the top tier with Gamma Phi is Phi Sig. Somehow, Phi Sig managed to sneak their way up to top tier through their great house and some dirty rushing. Many girls have recently dropped because Phi Sig is so focused on beating out the other sororities for the "prettiest" girls, but they dont have the type of personalities that mesh with current sisters. Pretty soon, they will collapse just like ZTA did.

It is easy to see that Gamma Phi continues to get great girls without the "perfect house" which is proof that they have genuinely great girls in their chapter and that people want to be apart of their sorority no matter what. So if there was a "SUPER TOP TIER" category, Gamma Phi would own it.

MIDDLE TIER:
SDT has officially started their downhill decent after this semesters recruitment. They used to be on top, but after hazing incidents and a lack of "sisterhood" it became obvious to girls going through recruitment that it wasn't the type of place they WANTED to be. They may do great at fundraising, and have awesome PR, and a lot of presence on campus, but that alone will not win girls over in recruitment. Also, their own sisters are so upset about the outcome of recruitment and their terrible nm class that everyone on campus knows they will be hazing these girls a lot this semester and could be on the verge of finally getting caught after all these years of getting away with hazing.

ZTA has been on its downhill decent since last spring when they had to snap-bid after recruitment. They thought they would come back this semester, but they are fighting Phi Sig for the same types of girls (looks and money status wise), but when Phi Sig is half of the price in dues, most girls(and their daddies wallets) would chose Phi Sig over ZTA. They used to be one of the top, but their two most recent pledge classes have brought them down to lower-mid-tier.

BOTTOM TIER:

Sigma Kappa will always be on the upper end of bottom tier just because they do amazing in recruitment, but the only reason they do so well is that they recruit different types of girls. They recruit decent looking girls but they are bigger on the academic side of girls. They will probably not be in top tier any time soon, but they do show a lot of spirit and presence on campus.

DG is going to be stuck at the bottom tier for a while since they were put on probation and now are losing their house. There is not much more to say besides that until they get off probation and get a decent house again, they will be stuck where they are at.
