can we all talk about the fall of tdx
by: OverratedTDX used to be a majestic fraternity. Their parties, the greatest congregation of attractive people that anyone could ask for. Now, their fraternity is riddled with snitches and herbs. Calling the cops on top houses is as low as it goes. Have fun at the bottom lol. Can't wait to go to your mixed dages with SAE and Sigma Kappa

anyone who had that house and threw down in it would be top tier. 50 kids living there the best party house and location you'd have to be dumb af to not be top in there
the problem with all this is when you build an entire fraternity around having the best house on campus and you don't even own it, you go straight back to the bottom when you lose it.
fun fact they knew they were losing it for years and lied to basically all their current members about it. not even surprising they lie to rushes about how they're "getting another house" soon
