sororities?
by: Rutgers19
Since I've entered my freshman year at Rutgers, last fall semester, I can't shake the idea of Greek Life out of my mind. Right now I'm in Douglass and at least two organizations, but I really don't fit the sorority "stereotype": I don't party, drink and I'm not committed to living in a house but I am willing to meet new sisters/people and would love to partake in community. If I were to join, I would probably go along with the 10 (?) Panhellenic sororities. I guess the biggest problem I want to highlight as well is the dues to pay each semester, holy cow… but is joining really worth it or should I just stay independent?
Thanks in advance :)
