informal or formal (sorority)
by: curiousDo you guys think that it's better to do informal or formal recruitment? Also do you know which sororities are doing informal recruitment this coming fall?

Both have its benefits. Informal you have more time as a member of the sorority and a much smaller new member class (which has its ups and downs to that). It's good because you are able to get involved right as the school year starts. It's also a little harder to get a bid informally since they take such few girls so make sure to go to every single meet the sisters! Formal is really good because you get to see each and every sorority even ones you thought you wouldn't like which can totally change your mind. You also have a much bigger new member class which I personally feel is better. No sorority knows if they're taking a new member class yet so add them on fb and insta to know when they are for sure!
