why does phi delt suck??

as someone in another frat I see the repetitive mention of phi delt an indicator that their recent success on campus tho nothing special but noticeable is def bothering some of you dudes out there. How about you guys do a better job at recruitment and stop blowing them up, if anything they're more relevant because of stuff like this

Phi delt did take kids from those 3 fraternities. Theta chi is beat and has been falling off. Sigma chi is going down the same path. Tdx is the current top house but will be like pike with in a year or two and there is no arguing that unless they get good houses. Skull and phi delt have def benefited and will even more from this vacuum next year and "18" has the house for a foreseeable future it seems so they will remain the same.

Fact: phi delt (as far as I know ) only took one kid from tdx and like 2 from theta chi and sig chi
Tdx will stay on top. The only other 2 contenders for the top spot are theta chi and sig chi and they're both falling off. Honestly sad that Rutgers Greek life sucks so hard

phi delts latest pledge class is an absolute joke, and skull hasn't thrown one decent party this whole semester. So i'm not exactly sure what you're talking about, it doesn't look like they've benefited at all tbh. TDX, Theta Chi and Sigma Chi will continue to run the show for the forseeable future. There are simply too many weirdos in phi delt to ever consider them a top tier fraternity.
