kappa sig vs phi delt

So I hear it's starting to heat up between kappa sig and phi delt. Phi Delt calling the cops on kappa sig and throwing things at their house. But last night kappa sig took the phi delt flag off their house and burned it in their backyard. Whats going on with them

Like last year or something I don't really know but I heard it was pretty bad honestly haha I feel like all phi delt is known for is tequila tuesdays hazing and beating up other frats
