Phi Sig has a lot of money and they want you to know it. They will blatantly break OFSA/Panhel recruitment rules and just take the fine so they can do whatever they want. Might be a good sisterhood who knows, but they have no respect for anyone who isn't them.

Straight up mean girls. The only reason someone would join this sorority is because they know they have a terrible personality and nobody else would want them. Dues are one of the highest to get nothing out of the chapter.
