Party consistently unlike a lot of the fraternities 'associated' with Rutgers. To be a Zete you have to be a savage; the kids who post the low ranks are just sore they couldn't get a bid.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.6 Best house I rushed, they have the best legacy and parties. brotherhood was beyond tight. By far the best fraternity in Rutgers by a longshot. Downside though includes bad rep as well as a serious suspension from being official.
