lost 66 college ave to phi sig last year, a lot of rutgers thought they would fall but still are in the top 3, if not the top fraternity at rutgers for a reason. most number of active brothers at rutgers, best pledge classes, best sorority relations, nicest (~hottest) guys, best tailgates. Rutgers has been kicking the top fraternities out of their houses every year starting when zeta psi's run of top house was killed, you're a GID if you seriously think lettered houses mean anything within the greek community anymore. go TDX
