Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.)

They are solid Upper Middle but will never be Top because of their GPA requirement and the amount of squidy brothers they have. Are smart dudes who girls overall like. Friendzone/boyfriend frat. Party life ehh. Will benefit from TDX fall a lot
