Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 2.8 They pretty cool. Brotherhood is kinda tight. Big party basement. Smart kids. Feel like the kids wouldn't have each others backs if someone was rocked in a party tho.
