Overall the parties have declined because they merged with bottom tier squids who stand in corners and stabbed a pledge. If you want a good experience go to a place with an actual fraternity house and stay far away from this one.

As the end of spring 2023, they have done a lot of philantropy and throw some of the best dages. They all seem super close too and are very nice to me and my friends whenever we go.

They could definitely be good brotherhood amount is good but if they wanna be top they need to have larger connections and a better house they arent bad but they’re average. They throw dages often which are usually good but their night parties have been dead sometimes

If we’re being real, this frat isn’t the best. They could have potential? They throw pretty often and their parties aren’t that good because they don’t have a house. Usually a weird crowd, weird girls and none of the guys are hot. They have a good attitude though and some of the guys are nice
