Definitely not true. keep hating on real success . Allegations are free to be made to Rutgers or the PD- Phi Psi hasn't had an issue in years and the rise is only going to continue.

Parties have the best music and always get extremely crowded. Top fraternity for their location and exclusivity because parties are usually guests only.
