Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.8 Phi Psi is a bunch of cool kids. Brothers are very welcoming and def not the typical bunch of frat guys. Parties have the best music and always get extremely crowded. Top fraternity for their location and exclusivity because parties are usually guests only.
