Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.4 These guys are new on campus. Across the country, Phi Gamma Delta is one of the largest fraternities, next to SigChi & SAE. I don't know why they got kicked off but these guys have a lot of courage for trying to recolonize. All they need is good leadership and it'll take time but over the next couple years, they'll definitely improve as a house. I've seen them all over campus so they're obviously trying to make their presence know, but they just need the time to do it. Don't be so quick to judge
