Middle tier with the risk of going lower. House is good too. Nothing close to the top like the idiot a couple rankings below me said.

Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.8 DKE is back and operating without rutgers.They have recruited a pledge class and are basically doing everything that relates to being a fraternity. They are good guys with a great house. This is their bounce back year. They arent going anywhere because the Alumni own their mansio.
