Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 2.5 I went to my first party at dke when they threw one with phi psi. Some of the brothers were pretty hot and the party was really good. I was surprised because I had previously thought they sucked.

Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 2.4 They aren't a recognized chapter at Rutgers anymore, meaning you cant rush or pledge here. They still throw parties and such but essentially operate just as a group of friends not a recognized frat.

You can still rush and pledge fraternities that are off campus. This is definitely another gdi trying to ruin greek life here.
