Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.2 These guys are not top tier by any means because of their numbers and housing situation but this chapter has some of the most fun and chill kids out there. I respect they have a true pledge process and they love their partying.
