Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.7 These guys have one of the nicest houses on campus, but unfortunately these guys strictly adhere to their nationals’ rules, and Dean As rules. This prevents them from throwing down at their house a lot and gives them a bad rep because of it. However every Chi psi guy I have ever met is super nice and never starts any problems. Some kids aren’t as outgoing as others, but they definitely don’t come off as creepy. They have decent sorority relations and usually end up mixing with top sororities and fraternities a few times a semester because of it.
