They are mid. The parties are mid but they have a nice house. Guys are kinda weird and awkward but that’s about it. Pretty average have def been to better frats

Lower top tier and they play great music. Chi Psi has the nicest house on campus. The brothers are all kind and have a great set of morals.

They’re alright not top tier yet. It’s safe to say they are in the top 7 or 8 though. If they’re steadily progressing, they can get a bit higher.

They kinda got a rep here for being a bit by the book, but otherwise they’re pretty clean. They’re good otherwise, but we don’t know what them and some other big frats are gonna do with online semesters. We’ll just have to see.

These kids are upper-mid tier and stable. Aside from the house they got great ties and a clean reputation, thought they may follow the rules a lot at times. They’ve just recently (in the past year) started to throw down more and it’s working out for them. They will need some work from that aspect. Otherwise, pretty good.

These guys are nice, and they’re generally really open to people. The sororities seem to like them a decent bit and they have good relations with other orgs on campus. All in all, good, but they need to throw down a little more.

great group of guys, throw decent parties, and all seem to have good heads on their shoulders. never heard of a girl having A bad experience here which is rare these days..

nice group of boys who are all pretty involved on campus. their main house is one of the nicest, but they don’t use it as much as they should. their sorority relations keep them relevant though

Great fraternity for true gentleman, leaned mostly on academic filled with a lot of smart dudes. Beautiful house that is constantly cleaned. If you’re interested in rushing I highly recommend. However they are quite selective with their bids.
