Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.4 Im here with a completely honest review of this frat. The brothers are just alright. Ngl they do throw bangers and every sorority loves them. I don’t really see them around much on campus being invovled but overall, you have to either be a hater or live under a rock to think this frat is not top tier.
