simple is this: definitely not a middle or top tier fraternity. they are not involved, do not throw parties, never see any of them wearing letters to represent themselves as a whole.. They are definitely a bottom tier fraternity.

cool parties but their house is located in a bad spot and it's relatively small compared to other chapter houses, however their basement setup is pretty sick. Brothers as a whole can be douches and they are pretty weird.. considering how they take in anybody is a problem.
