I'm a Senior at Rutgers and also a member of Greek Life. I've met my fair share of TDX brothers in my time at Rutgers, whether in class, the gym or various social events. They are a huge brotherhood that has a limited range of diversity, and maybe "some issues" with respecting women. When you think TDX at Rutgers, you think massive parties thrown by white juiceheads that get drunk a lot. This is all true. But their are many exceptions to this norm. Find them, and decide what you think.

Theta Chi is an average frat, but I didn't like them when I rushed. They were rude and fake. I was much more welcomed at Crow.
