Possibly the biggest house on campus and also the most well kept, because its owned not leased. Classy group of individuals who know how to run a fraternity. Yes, their parties are invite only, even for girls. This is because they need to protect their house, you know how wild parties can get. No you wont see them flashing letters. Its tradition not to wear them. They are judged by their actions, not by the fraternity theyre a part of. Very selective, no shortage of rushees. Definitely top tier.

Phi Psi has shown consistent growth and has secured a lettered house (a make or break commodity at RU). Very active socially, especially at tailgates. Needs to secure greater foothold within the IFC.
