sorority selectivity

for rush next year, what sororities should I focus in on the most? As in, which ones are looking to recruit more girls? Also, for Chi O, Pi Phi, and Alpha Phi do I need to get a spray tan and bleach my hair? I'm already a natural blonde and tan...plus I don't want to change how I look so I will get a bid. I already know to go in with an open mind and I'll be happy to be a part of any sorority because each one has its ups and downs. I just want to know what to expect ahead of time so I can figure out what socials to attend!!!
