Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.0 This is an honest ranking. These girls are sweet, nice, smart, and down to earth. But they also have a lot of weirdos. I wish more girls would give them a chance. Heard they got a pretty cute pledge class this year!

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.0 Great group of girls! Definitely the most diverse sorority in terms who has joined it, but every one of the girls is smart, nice, and down to earth. Fun to hang out with, and they don't have the catty personality of the other sorority girls on campus.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 2.4 Besides their "free bagels" I haven't seen Theta Phi that involved in campus...I don't know any of them personally but they all seem super sweet I just wish they had more campus involvement ! Their dance at POTH was really cute though and it looked like they had a lot of fun!

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.8 I agree with all the smart comments, one girl was in my study group and she was like a trifecta of smart, gorgeous and fun. Aaand they just got a great fall pledge class! I'm not even greek and I'm impressed by theta phi. Definitely the way to go if you're a down-to-earth kind of girl going through january rush.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.6 these are the smart girls, for sure. Not the party sorority, or the catty one. They're all really nice and actually seem to lead balanced lives. It's almost embarrassing to see people come through this website and try to kill their reputation before formal rush.
