Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.2 We had a social with these girls that was actually really fun. They just got a new pledge class that is much larger than their usual spring pledge class. The new pledge class is definitely very pretty and sociable, despite what their reputation suggests! Theta Phi is on the up.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 2.2 Some of the individual girls are really nice, but honestly a LOT of the girls I've met in the leadership roles are really, really unpleasant. If they need something from you, they will be pleasant, but otherwise they aren't very pleasant (unless its rush time). From what I can tell, they are very judgmental about the other sororities. They are also not very involved on campus, despite their efforts. While the girls are nice, they are not necessarily well-adjusted socially, which sets them apart.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.4 These girls are absolutely wonderful. I have always admired their sisterhood and I can tell they are a truly great group of girls. Always the friendliest girls on campus and definitely involved. Girls going through recruitment would be foolish to cross Theta Phi off of their list right away.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.6 This sorority is becoming better the girls are involved and although they are not the best sorority on campus they have a real friendship and are nice girls. I am not in a sorority here at UD but I know girls in all the sororities and there are girls that are pretty and not pretty in all the sororities here the Greek life here at UD is not big enough for there to be top sororities over others. So let people make up there own mind about each sorority on there own because it is about sisterhood

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.6 These girls are in every club on campus. You may not know it, be Excuse they never seem like the typical sorority girl. Super laid back girls who are outgoing and love to have a good time.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 2.8 While Theta (Phi) gets a bad rap, they aren't really that bad. I actually have a few friends who are Thetas. They aren't my first choice for socials, but I've had a good time with them before. They like to get drunk, and want you to like them so they make an effort to be fun. They aren't stuck up at all, which is a pro.

They seem to have a strong bond with one another and have strong potential, but being so small they don't have the funds for socials like the other sororities...making them less desirable.
